I received an email for my Perm based I-140 RFE about ability to pay but I did not receive the material(mail/email) about what these additional evidence is. My attorney did not receive these materials either.
1. Should my attorney receive these materials(mail/email)? Or only my employer should receive these materials?
2. Should I do something for my I-140 RFE?
