Help needed --I-485 pending UI Ok or not?

Hi Pijiang and anybody experienced:
I got laid off. I-140 approved. I-485 pending. Is it Ok to claim unemployment insurance (UI)? will it affect I-485?

Another general question: when does 5-year eligibility start to count if apply citizenship? from I-140 approved? or from I-485 approved.


If USCIS showed the processing date passed the date my I-485 application date, does it mean my I-485 was processed? or it won't change until 排期?
