need help urgently from Pjiang and other experienced persons

I just filed I-140 (EB1B) and I-485 concurrently, but my H1 visa will expire very soon and can not be extended any longer without I-140 approval. EAD (I-765) application is also in process. There is a possibility that my visa expires before the approval of my EAD. I want to know whether I can stay legally in the US to wait for the approval of my EAD. I appreciate any information input.
