谢谢您的回复。公司现在说是file premium processing,不过我就是怕律师（美国人，很conservative)会弄错，他老是说我out of status,不知道他会不会填I-129时，不选“Extend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status" 选项，那我就惨了
