紧急求助：孩子的身份是否合法？多谢！

各位，我们今天收到移民局的email,说是绿卡批了。

不过我的孩子(8岁)是5月19号来到美国，我5月20号给他file485,5月22号usps显示移民局已经收到材料，但是到今天为止，支票没有被取，当然也没有收到孩子的receipt,

紧急请问：我们绿卡批了，但是孩子没有receipt,他的身份是否合法或者可不可以在美国和我们一起生活？挺担心的。
