So I guess for now what I need to do is to double check with the lawyer tomorrow to make sure he will send the H1b transfer (not a new H1b petition) to USCIS, once the case being approved and I receive the new I-797 form, then I will see if I need to go to Hongkong to get a new H1b visa...really hope I can be lucky enough to get the I-94 card attached with the form.
