非常谢谢您的回复！！我也是这么认为的，可是公司律师说我现在已经是out of status ４个月了，必须回中国签 （他的原话是Because she is out of status, she is supposed to process the visa in her home country (as opposed to Mexico or Canada, etc.)）我在网上查了一下，也问了周边的一些朋友，大家的意见都不一样，有说是要回国签的，也有说可以去墨西哥或者加拿大签（不过他们说我可能拿不了去那边的签证）

我该怎么办呢？没有offer的时候急，现在有了offer更急 :(
