一位朋友的I-140已经批准有1年半了，485 也递上去近两年了（是07年7月份都CURRENT时递的）。昨天被雷。请问原公司有权利REVOKE已经批准一年半的I-140吗？
-As long as he/has a new job in the same/similar area, his/her I-485 will not be affected even if the old employer revokes the approved I-140.
