劳工卡急问

一个朋友的公司为他打的RIR广告是这样的：

require master degree or bachelor degree plus 2 years experience.

如果朋友有 master ，请问可以申请二类优先 EB2 吗？

有人说需要写要求 master 或 bachelor plus 5 years expereince
才可以申请二类优先 EB2。
是这样吗？ 谢谢！！！
