配偶的身份是否会因为这段没发工资而失效？
-Technically, yes. But if your company does not report it to USCIS, you will be OK (USCIS will not come to your company to check it).
我们可以请公司帮忙来先回溯这段工资（我们自己付钱），等以后公司有钱了再补给我们，这样可以吗？
-As long as both you and your company agree, I do not see it will be a problem.
