我是不是可以自己申请AP?
-Yes.
但以前皮匠老师讲，AP会寄到律师那里，和EAD不一样！是真不一样吗？
-When you apply for the AP, this application will be treated as a new case. So, if you do not hire the lawyer to deal with this case, all the communications from USCIS will be sent to you, not the lawyer you hired for your I-485 case.
另外，铁匠大师说，可以E-file 申请，但不知哪个更快？
-I do not think it is significantly different in processing time.
