还有因为绿卡是future job, 他的offer letter 能不能是等我拿到绿卡了开始雇佣我?
-Yes, but you need to keep a legal status before you get the green card. If you are out of status >180 days, you can not get the green card in U.S.

-- 我的140 approved, 485 > 180天, 有ead, 如果我在拿到绿卡前有>180天没工作, 算不算out of status?
