pjiang和众高人：提交485时的雇主信应该和回复RFE的一样么？

我现在刚要提交基于EB-1B的485 申请，请问在package 当中的雇主信应该写的和回复RFE的一样么？
也就是说，什么permanent position, job duties 的都要写上么？一定要hr的人写么？

像这样行么？
