Can kids use travel permit to China after parent get green card

I have H1B for the next three years, and AP in hands. My daughter has newly applied travel permit. I just got my greencard recently. Can I still bring my daugher to China and come back to the U.S using my H1B and AP for in and out from China, and green card or AP for in and out for the U.S. without violate any laws of both countries?
