US-VISIT问题请教pji863211各位大侠

Hi, my friend got a past misdemeanor conviction but he got his green card approved after the IO decided that was not a CIMT. But since the new rule requires that every alien, including LPR to go thru the 10-digit fingerprinting and photo check by US-VISIT system at the entry point, so if he goes back to US thru doing the finger print check, will the CBP denies his re-entry? Thanks.
