485被denial后， 有多长时间的在美停留期？
-One month. Then, after you file the Motion to Reopen/reconsideration, you can stay legally until USCIS makes a decision on the Motion to reopen (MTR). You need to file MTR within one month after the I485 is denied. So, if you do not receive the denial Notice in a few days, you need to contact USCIS or go to USCIS local office to find what happens.
