urgent!BAR CODE for the 485REF

Could anyone tell me if all the envelope of 485RFE has a Bar Code with it(TSC)? We did not receive any envelope and just use normal envelope to response RFE. But till now(more than one week), there is no update on our case. I just wonder if the bar code is the key point for them to deal with RFE? If so, can we call them to send an envelope with bar code to us or we need just re-send the response? Or, we need to be more patient to wait for update? Anyone could give us some suggestion? we are in TSC, thanks!!
