PJiang 老师，H1B 6年后的延期，要求的延期时间不正确，如何弥补？

H1B will reach 6 years soon,filed extension based on recapture some days and I140 pending more than 365 days, however, the filed I129 asked for two years' extension, now a refer from USCIS comes.
After providing enough proofs for extension(one year plus some days), will it be denied because the incorrect extension petition? Is there any action can make it up?
