Your status is AOS, not H4. The duration of I-94 does not apply to AOS and thus, it is useless to AOS. So, you do not have status problem.

-No. You do not need to do anything.
比如通过重新申请H4， 再去境外激活， 或者用AP 于近期回国一次， 入境时会不会有新的有效的I-94卡， 这样我再次出境时可以用新的I-94卡？
-If you leave U.S., just provide the old I-94 to the Airlines. When you come back to U.S., you will get a new I-94. But you have to use AP for the travel, not any visa.
