Emergency AP

澳大利亚是邀请我去参加一个面试，这个可以成为申请 emergency AP的理由吗？对方发来的email是这样：
As you know, the selection committee has organised for you to give a seminar and attend an interview for this position, on Tuesday afternoon 9th June 2009. We are now in the process of arranging air travel for you to arrive in Sydney on Monday 7th June and departing on Saturday 13th June. Monday 8th June is a public holiday here, but I assume that you would want to take the opportunity to rest before your interview on the following day. ．．．

如果这样的message和理由不能作为申请emergency AP的理由，　该怎么措辞呢？　我可以让对方重新发一封我需要的email.
