changing jobs with 486 pending over 180

Hi,

a few questions, thanks for your advice beforehand.

1)pd 2006/Apr, 485 filed 2008/Aug. it is likely I can get GC approved this year?

2)If not, I was thinking of changing a job. One question how to get rid of company lawyer on my 485, so that USCIS will contact me for any REFs?
