Pjiang 老师：Please help with my case, which transferred to Miami?

Pjiang 老师, my Eb2-based 485 case was transferred from Texas Center to Miam FL office. But I have never lived in that area. Is it so-called National Benefits Center? Do you suggest I call USCIS to make a formal inquiry?


Now I want to renew EAD, should I still send the application to the
Texas Center?
