回复：I-485 priority date

大家好，我两周前拿到绿卡，我跟我先生结婚6年了，我先生上周五递交的I-485申请，用的是derivative beneficiary. 可是，今天受到的receipt,上面的priority date为空，我是EB1b,priority date 是11月21号，2008。
是移民局弄错了么？？？
-Because you have got your green card, your hu*****and's I-485 priority date is always current. USCIS does not need to indicate it on the receipt.
