回复：what does this status of service request mean?

Is this a standard wording, or written especially for my case? In particular
, it says "we have to perform additional review on this case and this has
caused a longer processing time". Does that imply something is wrong with
the case?
-This is very normal reply and nearly all the cases have similar responeses. Nothing new and nothing worried. Just wait.
