Your spouse can apply for B2 visa to visit you. You can also sponsor your spouse green card application by doing following-to-join using employment based category (not family based) after you get married. Your spouse can file I-485 directly if he/she is in U.S. or use Consulate Processing if he/she is in China to get his/her green card.
