1.如果这没有绿卡的两年期间，中国配偶因为工作原因必须有5个月左右在中国，两地分居，所以实在不适合一开始就申请临时绿卡，但是用旅游签证通过开会等方式往返美国是否不太现实？会因为有一个美国配偶轻易被拒签证？

传说中的K-3可以解决这个问题吗？好像也要求非美国配偶必须留在美国等绿卡？
2. 但是两年后申请绿卡时，中国配偶决定长期居留美国申请绿卡，但是移民局是否会因为这过去的两年期间夫妻几乎有一半的时间不在一起，以此为理由拒绝发绿卡？
-I do not think this will affect your future green card application. As long as your marriage is true, USCIS will not deny your green card application.

3. 唯一的安全的方式就是有一方要放弃工作争取一直在一起？
4.两年后申请绿卡，等待时间也在6-12个月左右？
5.现在结婚后立刻申请绿卡大约要等多久？有人说至少一年，有人说6个月就差不多了，不知道哪个比较准。
