急！！请教Pjiang老师和各位大侠被裁员/开除的问题。

对不起，上一个帖子有错误，现更正如下。


我的绿卡申请EB3在2个月前被批准了。现在公司效益不好。

1. 如果我在获得绿卡后2个月至6个月期间被裁员，我的绿卡和法律身份会有问题吗?

2. 因受经济危机影响，最近业绩下滑。万一公司在我拿到绿卡后2个月至6个月中因业绩原因开除/fire me，我的绿卡和法律身份会有问题吗?

3. 我暂时并没有将来入籍的打算，但依然想知道，如果我在拿到绿卡后2个月至6个月中被裁员或被开除/be fired，会不会影响入籍？
