No.

若不renew有什么问题?

You will be stay in AOS. AOS is based on I-485, so once your I-485 get rejected, you have to leave US right away.
But as you are an dependent, you can always go out to get H4 visa and come back to US.

另外,目前的兼职是不是就已经是启用了EAD了?(雇主只是看了看EAD,没复印)
