以后lz回美国从中国出境时,lz向中国海关出示美国绿卡,孩子则出示回美证,会有问题吗?
-No problem at all. the advance parole (AP) is just for travel and it equals to a valid visa.
因为在lz有绿卡的情况下,孩子应该出示中国的签证.中国的海关工作人员会lz和让孩子正常出境吗?
-Chinese Customs does not care about that your kid has AP or green card. As long as your kid has a valid/legal travel document such as AP, visa, or green card, they will allow him to go out of China.
