Does it mean I-485 is approved?
-Yes.
Could it be possible that my mom receive green card sooner than the I-485 approval notice?
-Yes.
If she gets green card first, can she go back right after that or does she have to wait for I-485 approval notice?
-She can go to China when she receive the green card, no I-485 approval notice needed in that case.
