Please help: Can I relink?

Sorry to post it again...

I have a 485 (filed in summer 2007) with approved NIW 140 at NSC, and
another 485 (filed in Jan 2009) with approved EB1 140 at TSC. EB1 140 was
approved one month ago, and still no news for 485. Can I relink NIW 485 to
EB1 140? will this result in earlier approval of GC? What's the risk to do
this? Thanks...
