I don't agree that EB2 China will retrogress 3-4 years. If name check is cleared, the average time will be around 2-3 years for EB2. Since those with PD earlier than 2005 Feb have almost got GC, I would believe PD will be still moving forward at a slower pace because of 2007 July.
