need help

We are in a strange situation for our renew H1&H4. The application was sent out feb 27th to CA center for premium process .Till Aprl, we were noticed to sent $1000 check to CA center by ourselves. The check was sent out April 17th. Now our H-1 will expire in 3 three weeks, we still did not get anything from USCIS even the reciept. The sponsor told us the check ($820) for the H-1 was cashed, but our $1000 check and $300 for H4 extension were not cashed at all. Should we refile the application? Thank you.
