My 485 is pending (July filer). I was laid-off three months ago and did not get any jobs. Under this tuff situation, it may take longer time to locate a similar one. Could I start a LLC company to hire myself as my backup job status? What should I do? I will start a similar company as my previous one and do the similar job (derivative trading), just a small size. Is there any problem? Thanks for your input!
