我的问题是，新的H1与H4下来后，入关时发给她们I-94 的过期日期是否就会自动延到与新的H4 过期日期一致？
-The new I-94 duration from H1/H4 renewal will replace the old I-94 if you file the H1/H4 renewal application after they come back to U.S. from china.

在她们6月回国前， 我们准备办EADs，有否必要(我们的485 PD 09/2005)？办EAD 会不会影响我们的I-485批准？
-You can apply for EAD anytime and it will not affect your I-485.
