请教pjiang和各位老师：有关J－1豁免填表问题

请教pjiang和各位老师：

我的J－1 DS-2019表今年10月底到期，我于今年2月回国，还未申请签证回美国。已经收到领事馆的《豁免申请表》，请问我填写 Departement of State 的表格时在Current address里是不是不能填写在美国的地址（老婆还在美国），而需填写我在中国的地址？I－94已经在出境时上交，所以此项留空白是吗？如果我目前不在美国，J－1豁免是不是会被拒绝？
