急问PJiang老师：绿卡尚未收到的时候能够离境么？

有急事必须在五月中回国一趟。AP是一个礼拜前就说批了可是一直没有收到，今天发现485也批了。想问一下：

1. 有没有可能在没有收到AP也没有收到绿卡的时候先回国，然后用特快专递把绿卡和
AP寄过去。

2. 如果收到AP后离境，但是返回入境时绿卡已邮出，AP入境还有效么？
