加拿大landing半路车坏,刚买新车?

I am not luck.
There was big engine problem on my car, while I drove my old car to land on the half way.

So I traded-in the old car, and bought a new van today.
I will get my new car and temporary plate tomorrow (South Dakota, I didn't get the title and regestration. I lived in IL). I'll arrive at the border(vacouver) 2 days later.

My question:
1. Do I need register my car in SD State?
2. What documents do I need carry for importing the new car(from dealer)?
3. What special ?
