如果因为学校入学办公室人员的不仔细，担保人不是居住在美国境内美国公民和永久居民，而且在为F1申作担保时，F1也被批准了，
1.对green card的申请会有影响吗？
2.green card背景调查时，会调查这吗？谢谢
