if we lose the battle.

as far as her H-1b is concerned, does she have to go back to China to activate her H-1B visa since there will be some gap (she had very bad experience and had to go to Guangzhou US Counsel for 3 times in order to get a visa back in 2003 when she just came to join me and I am so so afraid that they deny her again)
