请教各位 NIW case 从 TSC 转到 NSC,好消息还是坏消息?

NIW case PD: 11/2008.今天收到通知,我的NIW case 从TSC 转到了NSC.本人的EB1-A 曾在2007年被NSC denied. 有没有人有类似的经历? 多谢.
