did anybody send RFE response letter to TSC recently?

I have mailed my RFE response letter to TSC 10 days ago by Express mail. I am frustrated that my status on line is still "Request For Evidence Sent". Should I call TSC and talk with the IO or I need to be patient and wait another week? Does anybody has the same experience with TSC? Please advise what I need to do. My 30 day response period will be end next week. Thanks.
