急!! 持加拿大护照和I485入境惹大麻烦, 请各位帮忙出主意?

我回中国一个月, 前几天回来美国时. 持加拿大护照, 提供2007年的I485收据和两年有效的EAD. 入境惹大麻烦, 人先放行但护照被扣. 给传票60天后再裁决. 请各位帮忙出主意? 谢谢!!!

传票如下: Order to Appear Deferred Inspection---US Department of Homeland Security
You have not established conclusively that you are admissible to USA; therefore, you are ordered to appear in person at the address. A final determination will be made then concerning whether and under what conditions you will be admitted to this country. Your passport has been retained. It will be returned to you in person when you report to the address.

我英语不好, 入境时官员的大概意思是: 既使持加拿大护照, 也要有AP才能入境美国. 他们说, 如果只有 I485, 那是no status. 如果只作纯加拿大公民入境, You try to stay in USA.
