急问：返美证/回美证/AP在TSC的处理时间，多谢！

我去年用过AP，现在用工卡工作，那么如果我再出境前没有收到AP的批件，我是否可以在国内等批件，就是我老公在这边收到批件寄给我？如果不行的话，我是否可以在国内申请H-4签证？因为我老公还是用的H1B工作签证。

现在的情况是，有点紧急情况需要我6月28号回国，我不知道现在递交申请，什么时候能批准，都说90天之内，但我只有不到两个月的时间了，所以想知道如果没有AP，我是否还可以申请H-4签证返美，但是我又在用工卡，而且去年也用过了AP，不知道这个应该怎么办。
