don't take the offer. i am an accoutant and graduate from nyc years ago. according to my experience, people who give out such offer will take advantage of every step you take to apply h-1b or green card. believe me, you will find a much better job cause the economy is getting better now. btw, i think you shall keep looking if you still have your practicle training valid.
