I am a single parent. My son who is living with my brother's family was refused to get F-2 visa three times when I applied him to attend my graduation ceremony. I had applied I-140 and 485 myself. If I want to apply him as a category of relative immigration such as kids or parents, what is the age limitation for the kids in the fast way? Thank you!
