都知道用ead有风险，但很多人由于无奈都用了，我们就是其中之一。
- This has nothing to do with EAD.
Don't think it changes anything, in your situation, even though you transferred H-1b.

20号收到RFE说看
到我们搬到别的州了，让出具原雇主保留未来职位或新雇主支持绿卡的证明，这两样我
们都拿不到。现在的公司就是不给转H-1我们才用的EAD，

只给出工作证明。律师说不行，
- An EVL should not be difficult to get from your current employer. Below is an example. The keywords are "permanent" and "terms and conditions".
Get the letter first, even though the employer does not feel like to write the words like "terms and conditions". The letter will work when containing following information, Title/Salary/Responsibility/HireDate/"Permanent".

别的客户就是只交了工作证明又被要求出具绿卡支持的信，没有485就完了。很尊敬
皮匠老师，但他总结的不需要新雇主支持，一封工作证明就足够，

看来现在是行不通了
。我们家是昨天还欢声笑语，今天就面临卷铺盖回国。在这里求助有类似经验的朋友讲
讲解决办法。如果被拒了，这种情况能上诉吗？只希望能reopen ead好找工作回国。要
用ead的朋友请三思，五思，用了的要有准备，新公司坚决不支持绿卡的真的不能去。

准备简历了。
