Get the letter first, even though the employer does not feel like to write the words like "terms and conditions". The letter will work when containing following information, Title/Salary/Responsibility/HireDate/"Permanent".

别的客户就是只交了工作证明又被要求出具绿卡支持的信,没有485就完了。很尊敬

讲解决办法。如果被拒了,这种情况能上诉吗?只希望能reopen ead好找工作回国。要
用ead的朋友请三思,五思,用了的要有准备,新公司坚决不支持绿卡的真的不能去。
