我不是学你这行的，不了解行情，但是我觉得听着有些低，现在做Biotech research方面也不止这个钱。觉得吧，说高了别人觉得你greedy，说低了自己不是亏了。

你要不这样说：This is my first time looking for a job. I have no idea how much I should get paid. But I am confident that I will be qualified for this position. I will consider your offer, as long as you think it is fair enough.

医疗保险是雇主必须办的事情。
