老公F2期间，找到工作转成H1B要不要重新申请名额要等到十月才能工作？这样的话有那个 no, you don't need wait until Oct.

your hub probably can't transfer to F2, I know a friend has same situation, he didn't transfer, but get a small company to apply part time H1b for him

老公目前正在自己办EB1A,虽然不强，想赶快交上去，有帮助吗？
yes, his status will be 485 pending, he can stay in US legally without a Visa

and I beleive he can find a job pretty soon
