AP 一般是 2-3 个月批下来，续与不续没有什么区别。如果你有紧急事务，可以到当地的移民局申请 Emergency AP, 即时可取。这里有两个帖子 (1, 2) 能给你有用的帮助。
紧急事务是指下列情况之一：
1. severe finance loss
2. extreme emergency situation
3. humanitarian situation
4. non-profit status of petitioner in pursuit of cultural/social interest in the U.S
5. department of defense or national interest situation
